Backyard Wedding Reception
Small reception for 60, wanted a backyard BBQ.
Pulled Pork, Brisket and some smoked Italian sausage with Beans and coleslaw. Our story in pictures.... Beautiful backyard for a party! By imn88fan Lang puffing away... By imn88fan Butts and Briskets a few hours in... By imn88fan They set up the "Beer Garden" right next to us! By imn88fan Serving table... By imn88fan They had a kick arse band... By imn88fan Groom couldn't wait to get started... By imn88fan Groom was Scottish, first time he had BBQ! Steph and Marsha...... Notice out Tablescapes? Thanks guys for all the great pointers! Yeah this one was fun. The clients were very friendly, they even brought out a TV so we could watch UofM kick Bucky the Badgers arse!!!

The Scots are horrendous for deep-frying everything, and I do mean e v e r y t h i n g! How does deep-fried pizza grab you? (witnessed first-hand by an ex-navy mate of mine who's ship was docked in Rosyth, on the Firth Of Forth, once[puke mod]).
