but thanks to the brother who had posted his cook of wings with Weber Kickin' Chicken and chile de arbol. Made those the other day and they were fantastic!! I tried to search for the thread but came up empty.

eta: search for dorado or dorados or cebolla or cebollas. I think that is Spanish for rings and onions (the other dish that accompanied the wings)
