Former Lurker On Long Island!
Greetings from Long Island, NY. I have been lurking here for a while, voraciously reading and enjoying all the goings on. Finally had to sign up, join the fun and post my first post.
Been a back yard grilling enthusiast forever and getting better at the Low & Slow through as much practice as I can get in. Looking forward to really stepping up my game now! Great to be here!
