I actually never bought from them. I used creekstone but this had to be coming. SRF has become so popular lately.

You had to know this was going to happen, even if everything associated with beef production was not going through the roof, demand drives prices up on limited commodities.

If BBQ were a sport, it would be the fastest growing sport in America (BBQ Pitmasters). With all the hype in our world of Wagyu, and every show featuring SRF - it makes sense that they've had a much bigger demand, and have had to spend a bunch of $$ to keep up with it.
