Beef ribs pop quiz
Decided to try another batch of beef ribs - with a twist.
Once upon a time - there was a cryovac 4 rack pack of beef ribs in my freezer needing to be cooked. The day was nearing 70*... a farking beautiful day not to be put to waste - perfect this time of the year. Sorry - where was I. Oh yea, the ribs. Opened the bag and pulled the bad boys out - will 'spare' you with the pre-trim pics. After the arm-wrestling with the deep fat and membranes - here they are all cleaned up. After a little while.... After a little more time... Close-up of front left Close up of front right Close up of left rear And right rear Now - for the quiz.... used four different rubs; Simply Marvelous Cherry Simply Marvelous Spicy Apple Simply Marvelous Peppered Cow Outlaw rub (multi purpose from 5-0 BBQ) Which rack has which rub?

I can tell you after a taste test... I'm home now, so go ahead and bring my plate of samples over.
Where did you buy those racks? They look amazing... even before they got kissed with the goodness.

I do not have a clue, I've never saw any of those rubs around here.
Where would one go to find those rubs? They all look mighty good to me.

The Outlaw rub is available here - http://www.bbqequipmentstore.com/Out...aw-Dry-Rub.htm Both are BBQ Brethren members, Vendors, and great people to boot. Had them hiding over at a local BJ's club store in PA.
