TRY THIS! With the exception of the last 5 mins under the oven broiler to melt the cheese, this entire dish was made on my Camp Chef griddle. Low carb, bursting with flavor and healthy! The kids love it which always makes it a winner :)
*I used sliced up ribeye for tonight’s version.

Hard to go wrong with steak and peppers. Get you some basting domes, and you wouldn't need an oven at all.

I have a couple of 12” domes... but this was just to much food... easier in a full sized aluminum pan under the broiler this time :)
