Chesapeake Jubilee-May 17/18 *$14K*
Looks like the Jubilee is really working for the cooks. I hear that the teams will be located back over in the main Jubilee site. Not sure exactly where. Also hearing they are busting their butts to so the water/electrical situation is improved from last year. They currently have about 26 teams.
The music line up this year is The Wailers on Friday and The Romantics on Saturday. Amazing carnival all weekend and on Saturday night some of the best fireworks I have ever seen. Looking forward to cooking my fifth Jubilee.

Since there was no power or water provided to the cooksites last year, anything would be a improvement. I think I am going to hold off this year to see how it goes with the renovations. I really liked the idea of this cook being near a carnival and the fireworks, but last year was just a struggle with no power, carrying water, etc. I'm sure they will work all the kinks out and it will be as good as I heard it use to be.
