Leftovers!!!
We did the 2nd attempt at the mother-in-laws birthday this weekend. Last weekend I had a brisket and 3 slabs of ribs, but she got sick the day before. But I cooked and ate it anyway. This weekend I cooked 6 slabs of ribs and reheated some of the brisket that I vaccu sucked. I didn't get any pron from the party, but we had ribs, brisket, potato salad, baked beans, baked rice and corn. I did manage to get one prep picture Sunday morning before everyone else got up.
Now on to the leftover portion of our program. I had some ribs left and some baked beans left that were calling my name. I searched the pantry and found a box of shell noodles and whipped up some mac & cheese. Not a bad meal...

Nice leftovers!
Last night we made some wraps with the leftover smoked chops, but I didn't take any pics so I guess I didn't actually eat them.
