Default Sunday cook (heavy pron)

Started off with a 10lb brisket from wally world then trimed off 2.5lbs of fat and injected with beef broth hit it with garlic powder & montrol steak wraped and rested overnight and then put the Butt on and still plenty of room left one day i will have to paint it cooked with oak (nice then BLUE smoke) and a slice shot and plated the brisket was very tender and tasty and the butt is still going but here is a peek enjoy ,thanks for looking

Are you buying that in Ohio? I've never seem brisket or butt that cheap around the Akron area and a drive to Richfield would be worth the savings.
