beef ribs on Weber Kettle (pics)

The butcher had some nice beef ribs on sale the other day. So sunday turned into to smoking sunday.

Used a heavy salt and pepper rub that I like on beef (not in the shot is the coarse ground pepper)

rubbed and ready to go

smoker set into action. 250 for 4 hours with hickory chunks for smoke

after four hours

they got foiled with 1 cup of beef broth and back into the oven at 225 for another 2 hours

In the meantime I did some moink balls

Used a homemade beef sauce to finish, sorry no pics sauced, my wife was screaming to eat :-o

Man I love smoked beef ribs !! Your butcher even left some good meat between the bones unlike at Walmart where they gouge out almost all the meat between the bones. Nice job... they look awesome !

That really ticks me off, same thing at Food-4-Less.
