1st Attempt ABTs & CSRs - pron
My first attempt on some classic acronyms - ABTs & CSRs. The toothpicks in the CSRs were there so i could identify which had which rubs - tried Southern Succor, Wild Willy's #1, a rub patterned on Arthur Bryants, and the Weber Classic BBQ rub.
Had a bit of a taste test with my wife and some friends and Wild Willy's won hands down... Any feedback on the pron would be welcome...

I THINK the pron is good. Only way I can be sure though is if you send me some of the real thing to compare it to. Just address it to sampson in utah, the mail guy knows me and will get it here. Good job on all of it.

The ABTs are stuffed with cream cheese, leftover pulled pork, and some rub...i will use more pulled pork next time - and oh yes, there WILL be a next time.
