No pics....didn't happen
I tried ZBQ's rolled/stuffed pork loins tonite
http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...lled+pork+loin I way overestimated cooking time. I put in on at noon, checked it a 4:00 and the ultra fast, ultra accurate RED thermapen read 206 deg. Chit was so dry it was inedible. Had on piece, the rest hit the trash. Man I miss the dog.

If it was just dry and not to tuff. Take out of the trash and put in a pan and add 2 cups of applecider not juice. Cover tightly and simmer in oven for a short while on about 250. Rehydrated and tender use applesauce on the side.
