Was a great night at home.
I never took any pics after getting steaks inside. Things sorta went fast and furious after that. Perfect medium-rare. The Plowboy's Bovine rub really did great on the steaks. Versatile rub. I've been doing so much smoking with that Akorn lately, I'd almost forgotten how tasty the high temp sears can be.
