Once I tried Butcher's with beef broth I stopped experimenting with anything else.

Everyone has there own opinion on what they think is the best tasting. The best advise can be taken is buy some briskets some product from different manufactures and try it your self and decide. It does help to cut the learning curve and ask to try to save some $$ but remember to put your trust in your self, (oh and Your Butcher).
