It takes about two and a half hours to actually get the thing hot enough to cook, and moving it around requires a team of escort vehicles and a whole lot of patience since it's both overweight and too long.

My thoughts exactly when I saw it was over 50 tons and 76' foot long. I guess his wife or a volunteer can run the 'flag car' but, you still have overweight and length permits to deal with.
