I first ECB
I just got this ECB
Brinkmann Smoke n Grill. So today after read and joining you guys here I decided to make a few mods. First I moved the legs to the outside for better access to the coal/wood. I then added legs to the bottom pan and drilled a few holes, note that I did not add a bottom grill to the coals. Maybe later. I then thought you know maybe I should try a vent and see what happens. I shall see how things go for now, I just added some coal has you can see the smoke already in some of the pics. I might need the fiber glass rope, but for now Im just going to test this idea and see how it works. Ill post more pics soon, later. |
