Knows what a fatty is.
Just took the day to try a few things and just hang out with my wife and kids. Cooked a fatty with eggs, bacon, and cheese. Beer can chicken on the ECB because I felt bad that it got kicked to the curb when the UDS got finished. Then threw 2 racks of ribs on the UDS. One sweet and spicy, the other cherry. Both from Simply Marvelous. Not much for pics, was sharing food with neighbors for input and forgot to take more pics.

chicken with simply marvelous season all, I love this stuff.
sweet and spicy, didnt take a pic of the cherry, looks really dark but It wasnt. And the ribs had Blues hogs, with a little SBR cut into it.
