I recently found this forum and I find myself checking it out almost all day! I am a shade tree BBQer and a competition wannabe. My first competition will be in May at the Whistlestop Festival in Huntsville, AL. I plan on throwing some ribs down to the judges and see if anyone else thinks they are as good as I do!
