This last weekend I was elected to cook for the Christmas Party this year which I thoroughly enjoyed by-the-way. Like I always say "A good day to BBQ is any day that ends in Y!!!"
ON THE MENU:
4 - Pork Butts
4 - Tenderloins
Coleslaw
Taters
Beans
Pasta Salad
Pies
I didn't take any pics of the butts but here are some pics of the loins.
OH YEAH!!! Butterflied and stuffed with Green, Yellow, Orange and Red Bell peppers topped off with onion and mushrooms. Then as always bacon wrapped. This turned out awesome too!
Oh yeah, during the cook we had a little seafood boil to satisfy the hunger!!!
