Default Y’all don’t want to miss out on this

Everything is great wrapped in bacon.

One of our favorites to do is bacon wrapped pears.

No need to peel, just core, quarter, wrap in bacon, season (we use Gingery Orange seasoned salt) and smoke!

Good timing. I was just at the store earlier and they had some nice looking pears and I thought it might be fun to incorporate them into a grilled or smoked dish. May have to give this a whirl.

Besides apples, oranges, and lemons, I’ve got two loquat trees that have a million little green fruits on them now, you just gave me a great idea of what to do with all the fruit we can’t eat before it goes bad this year (besides making a lot of great salsa). Going to try it with apples too.
