Mom:2 porknecks

Dennessey:1 porkneck,coffeerub,Hennessey/applejuice spray

Phubar:1 porkneck,basic rub from Noskos' blog (and the leftover hickory:wink:).....and the rest of the stuph for a good smoking!:-D

Mom's asked me of I could provide for 25 pulled pork sandwiches for her to serve at her church,that was a good oppurtunity for us to lay it all on the grill at once,there's about 22 pounds of pork going on the UDS.
I said to Mom that I would buy 2 pieces for her just to make sure that there are many leftovers.:-D
Dennessey just dropped his spray and camera so better pron to be followed....:-D

Don't phorget to phurnish some photos (fotos) oph the phinised phood.

Phrom start to phinish; is what we need to enjoy this phine, phancy table phare.

Just took a powernap,only slept 3 hours last night.

Eeeverything under control!:lol:

Had a little problem with temp.,think I snuffed the coals by closing down the intakes,it was getting really hot in there probably because of the grease on the bottom of the drum was catching fire.
For now it's maintaining temp.,gonna watch the rest of Jeremy Clarkson and than gonna catch some sleep.
