Default Brisket on the drum + Pron

I made a 10.25lb brisket on the drum.
I rubbed it down with a home made concoction that included brown sugar, kosher salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and cayenne pepper.
I also made my first attempt at burnt ends. They came out pretty good
The pics aren't great, but the food was.

enjoy

Good looking juicy brisket! Was wondering what remote thermometer setup you were using, that is my next investment, thanks.

You did a wonderful job on that. Judging from the pictures, I would have guessed it was larger than 10 pounds.

i use 2 acu-rite digital thermometers. One on the grate, and one in the meat. I got them on clearance at Lowes for pretty cheap last year.
