Looks good. Chocolate and chili is a great combo, never thought to try it on a butt. How's it taste?

1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 cup Chocolate powder, 1 cup jalapeño powder. I put all 3 in a blender and mixed it together. Rub on WITHOUT using mustard. Finish by lightly sprinkling on some extra chocolate powder.

The bark was amazing. Once pulled, you lose some of the taste. I am going to use the rub on ribs. Should make a big difference.

Sounds spectacular. Did you use sweetened or unsweetened chocolate powder?
