First time using Butcher BBQ brisket injection
I used the Butcher BBQ injection for the first time yesterday. I am really impressed. I used the recommended about plus one can of beef broth. Injected it into a 14 pound select packer. Rubbed it heavily with Heffer Dust and smoked it on the Spicewine at 235 using mesquite chunks and Rancher.
Maybe I just got lucky and the brisket moons were lined up just right... but I gotta say it was an outstanding end result. The brisket had great moisture and texture, but the flavor was what really stood out to me. Nice and beefy without any funny aftertaste. I will definitely be trying it again soon to make sure it wasn't a fluke!!

Sounds great. Of course without pictures it's only a nice story.
Where do you get this stuff? I would like to give it a try on my next brisket.

I just ordered some. I'm going to try this in a couple weeks, next time I do a packer.
