Cut in Halves

Seasoned... Rubbed and Injected

Smoking away

Well im thinkin a good 16hr smoke so that would put it at about 2-3 am lol but ill be keepin an eye on it ya never know when it might get done sooo just wait it out. But need it by 12pm So wont be a problem at all

Oh yes Full the Cornbread was to Die for it was a huge hit in my house and at my work when i brought some in for our Brewer. Thank you soo much for that recipe it was killer.

I did post it on the brethren cookbook page. I haven't been able to figure out which category it was placed in but if you type " Cheesy Jalapeno Cornbread Pudding" into the recipe search, you will find it.
