love it! I started doing that because my kids like the thin fast food burger patties. I roll out the meat between sheets of wax paper with a rolling pin then cut it into a grid with a pizza cutter to make the square ones. you do something like that? I generally put diced green chilis on the patty, under the cheese. Your's look great!
