Chicken prices

A bunch of the people at my wifes work have fell in love with my smoked chicken:icon_blush:.
Some of them are asking me to make them some but I am unsure about how to go about charging them.
These will be whole chickens fresh off the smoker and delivered to the them.
What would you charge for a flat fee per chicken?

Thanks Mista, that is about what I was thinking. A local store here has whole chickens on sale for .59 cents a pound. Thought about stocking up and loading the freezer.

I spatchcock mine before I cook them, and charge $8 each, plus $25 delivery.

Keep in mind, that there is no way I am delivering one chicken. Not worth it to light the smoker for that.
