It's who you eat it with that counts! My gal is working a 12 hour nite-shift (7-7). She's also on a diet and wants to keep it lite so we just gonna make some nice salads.

3 bone, herb rubbed prime rib with seafood stuffed lobster tails and mustard crusted red potatoes, colossal shrimp cocktail. It's my wife's birthday as well.

Got a meeting tonight so no time for a fancy diner. Last night SWMBO had to do her four miles at the gym and then had a spa appointment so I had some salmon, potatoes and broccoli ready to go on the gasser when she got home. (I love cooking on charcoal but the gasser is ready to roll in about 5 minutes.) Add to that a nice salad with home made garlic dressing and a glass of Pinot Grigio and we had a pretty nice dinner. Dessert was pretty light at a spoonful of Nutella in a bowl and dipped up with some pretzels.

Maybe over the weekend I'll get a chance to thaw out some lamb chops and grill them over charcoal. That's one of our other favorites.
