the glaze? it's just maybe
3 tablespoons honey
2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
1-2 tablespoons light or dark brown sugar (depending on how you feel that day :biggrin: )
put this on right at the end of the cook, cause it'll burn if it's on there too long.
oh yeah, and the title of this thread was supposed to have "& onions" at the end, but it didn't fit
