MOINKs & Fatties on which cooker?
Questions for the wiser. I'm doing MOINKs & fatties for the first time this weekend for a mini christmas party. I have 22.5'' Weber & I recently picked up an ECB cabinet smoker which I found out has more leaks than the Vikings pass defense. I drilled the fark out of the charcoal pan but havent done any more mods yet. It took almost 12hrs to do a 6# shoulder last sunday, temps were all over the board but I was also using the crappy therm on the unit & my cheapo meat thermometer(hoping I get my Maverick & instant read thermo for Christmas!). I'm thinking of using the Weber because I know it better but am open to any help. I just want the dang things to turn out! Thanks, Tony

Go with what you are more comfortable with! Sounds like that is the weber.
