The ground beePh was mixed with Faja Lobi red roast marinade.
APhter her balls were done she added them in a oven dish with spicey peanut sauce.
Lying next to the balls are 2 pieces of chicken filet that was shredded and added to the bami (noodles).
Phine looking Indonesian dish if I may say so!

Wow....that looks awesome. Peanut sauce is soooo good....I could drink it straight.

Hey Phu...I lived on Bilderdijkkade for about 5 months. Amsterdam is such a cool city.....so is Liden.....

I bet you ate alot of the peanut sauce when you were here?:-D
Leiden is cool too...next time try Utrecht,it's a 30 min. drive to Amsterdam.:thumb:

Most of the time I arrange the logistics/smoking/grilling and she does more of the prep work.
But...this time I wasn't there.:wink:
