Leftover ribs, unless everybody in the farking home eats em up before I get there. I do have a steak hidden in the back of the fridge, but that is for Steak and Eggs in the AM.

They have cryo-vacced hole and skinned at Central Market. Everybody send me a dollar and I'll overnight it.

I am going to smoke a small (their all small) rib of Alligator this weekend. Going to deep fry his little tail with some FF potatoes. Goin to have him along with some MudBugs for sucking head and eatn' tail.
It's a Cajun Boil in March, snow and all.
