Cashew Lamb Riblets w/ Saffron Curry Sauce
This was Easter dinner for my wifey and I.... to say is was farcking awesome would not do it justice.
After a few hours in the marinade. The sauce Your plate! SO many layers of delish flavors!

I love lamb cutlets. I have pleasant memories of a Greek holiday a few years ago where they charcoal cook your cutlets that you order by the kilo. Great labours.

That looks really goooood I would definately hit those My son just did some lamb too- pea seared and finished in the oven Seasoned with salt and pepper Have to say he cooked to perfection
