2 whole Chickens - turned out great!! gone in about 5 minutes (5 adults and 4 kids)

1 Brisket - excellent taste and smoke ring....it was a cheap piece of meat since it was my first Brisket on the dera.

My girl and neighbors would like to thank you brothers for the Fatties!! LOL even the kids that thought it looked funny changed their minds after having a sample!

Sorry no pictures….I was taking some of the new house for my family and the dam batteries died and I didn’t have time to drive 10 miles to the nearest store to get some….next time!!
 
Glad it all worked out. For the fatties, try rolling on soy sauce and then put some rub on them. Slice em up and serve on fresh hot biscuits.
 
Congrats, Spooty! There're few things as satisfying as the first cook on a new pit....glad you and the family enjoyed the vittles...
