CL Deal Update...Better than I thought
Well, my nephew brought down my Craigslist find last night (Wisconsin Rapids to Oshkosh for those of you in Wisconsin).
I waited until this morning and then looked closely at what I had.
Pretty decent shape overall, but I still took the wire disk on my angle grinder to the racks and had to get rid of a bit of rust on the counter-balance. Took some dish soap and fine steel wool to the lid, ring, and body. Looks nearly new. All cleaned up. A small amount of elbow grease, and this grill looks new again. OK....the wire wheel took the place of elbows for the racks. The chicken holders and freebie skewers. With the ring installed. And, yes, that's a Weber rotisserie. Throw the lid on that bad boy, and we can officially call it a SCORE!!!!!! $60 for a 2006 OTS and a rotisserie combo that, from the looks of it, really WAS used "a few times."

Of course, I greased her up, have some charcoal firing, and will do some bacon-wrapped tenderloins for supper.

nothing wrong with this ! i know i'm a picky guy but i suggest getting into the rotiss motor and tightenings things up especially the wire screws. also lube up the shafts and gears with a very little bit of white grese. on my motors i have found loose wires and siezing shafts.

Good looking grub as well. |

I would love to find a rotisserie with a kettle. And the grub looks killer. Nice score!
