Making Beef Pot Roast Stew for Mom :)

Mom gave me a frozen roast labeled "beef pot roast" and asked me to cook it up for her and she said a stew sounded good.

First I spun it on the rotisserie then put the pot in the 007 with the lid off for a while so the whole stew could get some good smoke.

Looks great! I like that.
Never thought about spinning the roast before adding it to make a stew. Gonna give that a shot when it start to cool off (we're in a bit of a heat wave here - all relative of course. should hit 75 or so today).

Thanks for sharing that one.
