Wings last night. Indirect on the weber w/olive oil, "WOW" seasoning and cayenne. After 45min into a bowl with sriracha, parmesean, pepper and sweet/hot mustard. Then back over direct heat for 10min. During this process, the weather went from sprinkling to sleet to snow. Iowa weather.....
