Lox and Bagel
They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.....I took a section of my salmon side and went all thirdeye on it....http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...36&postcount=1
Definitely good stuff. I stayed simple, only seasoning with white pepper at the finish. I will do this again for sure. And next time I see wild salmon, or maybe some good trout fillets, I'll jump on them for this. Here's my breakfast after last nights rest in the fridge.

Looks great! I'm doing the same thing this weekend, and am super excited. BTW, Hominy Grill is always a must hit when in Charleston.

Looks tasty - however it never makes it to the bagel for me.
Always ends up the first line on a Midnight snack run... before the bagel gets toasted.
