Love me some pit food from Arkansas!
I'm just an old country boy that loves to cook and eat smoked meats. I'm always looking for new ideas and I'm planning on building a new smoker and I will prolly need to help making some decisions from the good knowledgable folks here at this forum. I'm looking forward to reading the posts here!
