HELP!!!
I'm at the inlaws where they want to have a BBQ today. They bought Kosher chopped meat...4 packages.
For all 4 packs the outside of the meat is brown. The inside of the meat is red, like you'd like it.
I formed them into burgers and you can visibly see streaks of brown in with the red.
To me it's really unapealing, but is this stuff edible? There is no oder.
