First Throwdown Porterhouse
I started off by letting it sit in some Sam Adams Cherry Wheat over night Then added some whishshshshshsire sauce and some seasoning Threw her on the gasser at 500 degrees A "Slice of Life" with me reping some Dexter (I promise I was more excited about this steak than I appear ... my g/f walked straight up on me to take the pic) Handling this size of a steak to get good cross lines is tough Couldn't get a good focused shot to show the color Still couldn't find a setting to show it off, but here's the money shot. The finished bone shows the color a little better actually. |

Dayuuum, beautiful! I hope you shared with the g/f! If not, I'm sure you're gonna be in the doghouse for a while!

Looking good!
LOVE the Dexter apron. I think my GF would have a cow if I wore that! So perhaps I should get one.
