....on the Weber kettle. Only making a few so didn’t want to use the UDS. Was at the butcher picking up some bone marrow bones for the dogs, saw these sausage stuffed mushrooms I thought I would try. Using grape wood for smoke, nice sweet light flavor, IMO.

Bird will surely be good, but I'm really curious about those mushrooms.
 
Mushrooms were great but I think I can make it a little better by getting spicier sausage and add a little cheese. I've been looking for a good appetizer.
