Default Alright all you SF Smokers

Sitting here with my dog, coffee and SF smoker got me thinking. What does your SF like to smoke at?

I find after I get a nice coal bed going she stays at 275-325 very easily.

quarter next to some split oak.

Butts and brisket

Mine runs around 250 on the bottom grate and around 300 on the top rack. That's right where I want it. I have just started to play around with different size splits to see what the difference it makes.

You must be feeding that hog. Mine takes about 3 preheated oak splits to reach the above picture. Given its not right above it as a warmer is, it's the top rack. If I add to much more itll start being heavy white smoke.
