Ribs On the WSM (pRon)
Just picked up my 22.5 WSM this last weekend, so I decided to go ahead and smoke up some spares. They turned out great! Love the WSM, well worth the $$.

Love my WSM as well. Congrats on the ribs -- they look perfect.
FWIW, now that you're a proud owner of a 22.5 WSM, you might wanna consider the Cajun Bandit replacement door. Well worth the money in terms of solving the stock door issues they've been having. http://cajunbandit.com/wsm-parts-mods/

My 22.5" WSM should be here tomorrow. I am thinking spares and a pork butt are on the menu for this weekend.
