All I can say is "WOW". 8) 8)
I make a lot of Jerky and would never, ever have dreamed of a lime finishing flavor. I will now! 8)
This jerky has a perfect "chew" to me and is clearly a premium product made from sliced meat, not ground up stuff.
This Jerky is "Texas Hot" for sure. That is a good thing because all I can eat is a couple of bites per day.
That will make my supply last longer 8).
