I know some of you think that I might be pricing this kind of high, but for those that don't know The Texas Road House is a chain restaurant that services is crap just like the food. If they can serve crap for a price over $1,000.00 then the q that I turn out is way better than what they do .. I will not come away from this in the hole.! I may be the union president but I will not lose money!

The workers at the plant has had my q and they know how good it is compaired to what we have around here.

I gave my boss a quote today for $700 including deserts. He looked at it and said we will be having our Thanksgiving dinner on Nov. 15 what time are we eating? I said around 12 12:30. He said cool send me the invoice.
He didn't even think twice about it.

I expect to see a post on the 16th saying how you will never do anything like this again.
Good luck.

Things went great! By the time it was all over we had very little left. The plant manager asked me when I was going to open up a restaurant. Most of them said that had never had BBQ taste that good.
The only negative that I had was my brisket didn't turn out as well as I like it, but they all liked it because that was the first thing to be gone.
