I know nothing about photography. Always wanted to learn more but have too much else taking up my time. I use a point and click Kodak Easy Share that I bought for $30. It's old... lol I don't think they make them anymore!

My drum was running at 275F. You can smoke it at a higher or lower temp if you're cooking something else with it. I just keep it covered til heated through, then uncover to crisp up the bread at the end. Thanks and good luck with it!

I have made garlic, parmesan & cilantro bread like that but I will try it like your recipe for sure. By the way, as a photography hobbiest myself, I believe it's not the camera that makes great photo, it's the photographer. Nice job.
