Default something i threw together for the grads

just some stuff i cooked up for the grads at my church, small crowd about 20. made some marinaded sausage , 6 racks of baby backs , and 30 rolled chicken breast wrapped in bacon

i do it by site now lost the recipe a while back but here goes
5 lbs sausage
1 - cup honey
1 cup spicy brown mustard
a little soy sauce
2 tbs minced garlic
2 tbs ground ginger or fresh ginger
a little coarse ground black pepper
sometimes i add a little evo
stir it all together and smoke until done to your taste

no leftovers everyone took a plate home with them had mashed taters green beans mac and cheese salad. I usually serve the sausage with pretzel sticks instead of tooth picks.something salty to go with the sausage and no toothpicks to find later
