Default Hello From Washington

I'm a new member making my first post. I'm a member of Mop Sauce & Two Smoking Barrels and this is our first year of competition. Most recently had our first competition placement with 3rd place in brisket at the Thriftway Classic in Aloha, OR on only our second competition. Looking forward to tapping into all of the knowledge that the seasoned veterans of this forum are willing to provide.
