Thanks everyone, I smoked the Tri tip, then reverse seared it. I cooked up peppers and onions in Wegman's basting oil, finally melted cheese over the top. I certainly am a Tri tip fan now. just don't tell anyone since it's 5.99 a pound.

That looks awesome. I would just have a hard time putting tri on bread instead of just eating it sliced.
